The loco was in Wartime black livery but can repaint to Grenn livery later.

Now that's interesting news.. I wonder if there is a ww2 movie in the pipeline... Cool It would certainly go a long way to fund the restoration..

The wartime black livery looks neat. Interesting is that only the letters "N E" are on the tender, instead of the usual "L N E R". No doubt something intended to confuse German spies or landing troops(that never cameTongue )
