There is a company using ESU sound decoders but downloading their own original sounds.

Many firm's do this, i.e. Roco, Brawa etc. see here :http://www.esu.eu/download/geraeuschdateien/generation-3/loks-mit-loksound/

But I do think that ESU make's also the sound prjects for these firm's wink

Fleischmann locos have individual sounds - and those are not listed.
