Hello Andrian
This set of 3 passenger cars goes with the VT11.5 of Märklin
The first production run in 2003 was the 43115 and a later production run in 2017 was the 43114

The set does not include any decoder nor slider.
The difference between the 2 extension sets was yellow LEDs in the first run and white in the second
All sets going with this extension were digital (MM2 for the first one, MM2, DCC and MFX for the seoncd but the wiring and coupling are the same

Cheers
Jean

Hello Adrian
Your pictures do not allow me to tell which model it is
Here are a few indications
- the first model 37605 (2002) is only MM2-capable The users manual is here
https://static.maerklin....4cf1e2e8f11551856541.pdf
The factory address is 11 (MM2)
- the other model 37604 (2016) has white lights and MFX DCC. If tou have a multi protocol unit (MS2 or CS3) it will self register in MFX. Its users manual is here https://static.maerklin....5437fed7431464365599.pdf
The factory address is 11 (MM2) and 3 (DCC)

Cheers

There is one with a gas turbine and another in gold

Hi,

This locomotive is produced in 2016 so the model number should be easy to find in the Märklin database.

The small label with green print starts with an "H", which indicates High Efficiency Propulsion, eg Digital. Next two digits indicates production year (16 = 2016). The rest is a production sequence number.

It would seem to me that with the destination sign Hamburg "TEE Helvetia" that this is from the 37604 or 43114 sets.

I think that the 37605 had a different destination sign as the train did not have Helvetia printed on the side.

Regards

Mike C

Hi Mike , thank You for your comment
https://wiki.3rail.nl/in...title=M%C3%A4rklin_37604

The issue with 37604 is that i fiind is made of metal , and in the pictures i think it's plastic, the housing îs plastic
Initialy, i tought was 37607 but i see now its a diffrent router written on the train.

So far as I know they are all metal and yours should be too. I also think it is the 37604, I did not do an exhaustive search but the 604 seems to match the destination board while a couple of other models were different.
