It's always December 2nd and the following weekend. It started in 2015.

Joined: 22/01/2009(UTC) Posts: 14,846 Location: On 1965 Märklin Boulevard just around from Roco Square		I've looked at my DRG sleeping carriage today and I said, damm, the interior light doesn't work properly, so I have to fix the electrical coupling and than set up a train consist with my Märklin classic BR E 1835 but hang on, I can't run trains because I've got all newspaper over a section of the layout (trying to get some roof insulation in the garage) but the video will come one day and hopefully before Christmas. I see that Marklin have announced 20% discount on start sets bought at the Marklineum for the day. Probably cheaper to get a set from ones usual dealer though.
