Hi

I would like to ask one question regarding installing the light kit in the Trix coaches with DC wheels.

Whether it is enough, if i simply buy Marklin / Trix 73400 (yellow lighting strip) / 74310 (white lighting strip) and 66715 (Symmetrical Connection Hardware) for each coach with two bogies (4 axles) , or any other kit needed.

By the way, I would like to be able to light separately and independently for each car even uncoupled, thus I don't want to use the conduct coupler.
Thank you

you will need a function decoder in each car to light them independently.
if you use them on C/M/K track you will also need a pick up shoe to place under each coach

Helo, your photo of the axle pick-ups will short out on 2 rail track like Trix. Are you converting them to 3 rail? Then they are correct, plus a center rail stud slider shoe in needed.

No, I remain 2 rails DC. If I install light kit in analog mode for each cars, is it correct? Does any physic switch for turning on /off the light in the car?

I am not planning to digitalize on the cars. It remains in analog. If so, the two kit is enough?

No, you can only cut track current. If using current conducting couplers, one ground set is enough. Just be sure to connect the last cars groind lead wire to the grounding terminal at the corridor.

Don´t read others comments because they have wrong!

The copper feeder are correct.
DC wheels are isolated so both copper feeder must use as + and -.
Simple connect to the lighting same way as ac power.
This is how i did install copper feeder under a Märklin wagon with DC wheels.

I forgot to write that isolated wheels must not places in same way in both bogies.
The first bogie the isolate on the wheels fit on the right side.
The second bogie the isolate on the wheels fit on the left side.
In this case you can use copper feeder as plus and minus.

Thanks Goofy.
Thus, a lighting strip and the copper sheet on the wheel wiring to lighting strip is enough as the 2 pictures I previously uploaded ?

One more question

In analog, I cannot turn off the lighting of the coach when the current is continuely on., right ? Do I need current conducting couplers for the car set?

As I know, each car can get the power by wheels from the rail without current conducting couplers.

In analog without decoder the lighting are remain on all the times.
The lighting works fine in both analog or digital layout.
If you want current conducting couplers i recommend you use Viessmann 5048 so in this case you need only one wagon that pick up power and send power via couplers to other lighting in wagons.
Yes you can also feed every wagons with own power but then in case current conducting couplers are waste in this case.
