Joined: 17/09/2006(UTC) Posts: 18,771 Location: New Zealand		The Marklin soldering Station is actually made by a Chinese company - will have to check my notes as to which one. I think the generic ones are still available so your chances of getting irons and tips are good.

The Solder Station is a Zhongdi ZD-937 - http://www.china-zhongdi.com/product/36.html Best to contact them to find out if they can help. I have a Duratech branded station which also turned out to be a Zhongdi built device. The tip I had on my iron got permanently stuck on the iron and I damaged the iron getting it off. Zhongdi not only helped me identify the correct iron, but also supplied 3 new ones at about $15 each. The chap I dealt with was very helpful. Email them at the address given.
