I was going through my old Maerklin spare parts and found these three unopened packages of three mini-brackets:  I have no idea what they are. They are probably 50 to 60 years old and obviously weren't needed and probably won't be. I'm only curious if someone may recognize them. Thanks for any suggestions, Harold. Update: I figured out what they are; funny how the mind works sometimes. I won't answer yet, let's see what guesses/answers are posted. I'll post the answer in a few days. Aren't they for catenary masts on bridges? it's been so long I forget!

Hi I can't recognize any Märklin HO part so they may be part of the Z gauge assortment. The bags show these are later than 1950s. Up till late 50s packing was using paper bags I think. Cheers Jean |

Rick Thanks correct Rick! It's a clip that wraps around the K track tie and then you bend it around the K+M Bridge pieces such as 7268. Here is the instruction sheet, see pages 7 & 8: K M Ramp-Bridge Pieces.pdf (1,138kb) downloaded 35 time(s).Cheers, Harold.
