I would like to service my steam loco, it is a 4-6-2 with tender built in 2018 from the #26928 set and the body needs to be removed to apply grease. I removed the four screws as shown in the instructions but could not lift off the body from the chassis. I pulled at the front and it didn't budge. I pulled a little at the rear and the cab came off. I could pick it up by the boiler and stacks and shake it but it remains together. Then I tried to gently pry up with a small plastic scraper type tool where I believe the separation should be but nothing would budge and I was not about to try harder and risk breaking something. I looked a various you tube videos but in every case the body simply lifts off. So obviously something is binding or there is a "trick" to it. Looking for any advice.

Hi

I don't have this specific loco but very similar ones from Märklin.
If you have removed the 4 normal screws as indicated (see below), then the body can be removed

What may be in your way: the body is sticking a little due to freshly painted part assembly (but you don't need loads of force).
Be sure to have removed the proper screws (happened to me in the past)
Cheers
