Due to some changes at home, I've had to relocate all railroad activity to the garage. That being said, I have plenty of room to indulge, what escapes me, a layout plan that inspires me with the space that I have. All the options I have seen are either a little too large, or a plain 2D oval. So I'm turning to you all, with a space of approx 2.5m by 2m, I'm open to some suggestions.

How about starting with the layout in the 03092 CS3 book? It is smaller that that (2.47m x 1.25m), but some discrete expansion and modification would fit it into that space.
