Heard today of the death of Jo Messerschmidt who ran the Modellbahn business here in the UK for many years. Although nominally retired he was still doing some trading but that will now cease. He is survived by his wife Anne who released the news and to whom we should give our sympathy.

Thanks Bob for letting us know. Joe was a good man and very much into his Marklin. I have a Marklin Swiss Ju52 tin plate plain. Which he did is very best to get me the last one at the Factory. Rest in piece Joe👍
