I am looking for prototype information on axle counters used in Germany, specifically how they are displayed on the control desks.

I am aware of the DrSr60 style Az block (brown with a counter display) and AzGrT button, but I am wondering if Germany also used binary counter displays before the numeric displays like the Swiss did.

For Switzerland I have information on their old binary display: A set of lights for 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 18, 32 and 128 which, when added up would indicate the axle count.

Anyone got pictures or texts of how they looked and were managed from the German control desks?

Later, I suspect that any axle count > zero simply indicated 'Besetzt'
