I now have my layout with 25 locos working in automatic mode using the CS3+.

These are the problems and solutions which the development team could think about.

1. Setting a track sensor in the manual mode button for an event to run loco 1 works but loco 2 passing the same sensor will activate loco 1.
2. Solution – Only use a track sensor within an event for loco 1 then loco 2 has no effect when passing the same track sensor.

3. Multiple unit consist – works fine when driving but does not work in an event.
4. Solution – leading loco 1 speed set in an event and loco 2 speed event entered in event for loco 1.

5. Backup and restore – restoring a backup over writes events and loco data. If loco data has been added to or amended since the last backup this is overwritten by a restored backup.
6. Solution – backup events and loco data should have two separate backup operations. Needs work by the development team at Marklin.
