Hi everyone

I have a reverse loop on my railway where I am going to install a level crossing. I am modelling (??) Era III Ge rman railways - sort of.

I want to put a speed restriction on the track that runs through the crossing. What signage would I need to show this? Is it like the UK - i.e 30 on a post?

Railway speed signs use factor 10, so it would be "3" or "5" on a post. White rectangle with a black number.
Put "L" and "P" signs at the level crossing to require train drivers to use bell (L) and whistle (P) if needed.

Regards
Tom

Not your era and railway, but for others who might be interested in the Swiss signalling: http://www.aku-modelle.c...-langsamfahrsignale.html
