You have to be patient. On the one hand it is not yet the 1st of February and on the other hand almost every month such problems occure at Märklin's website. I wrote them a few e-mails already to request corrections of their website.

My Trix proficlub magazine arrived Friday. Envelope was well mangled, but all the contents still seemed to be there undamaged.

The post arrived with edition 01/2019 at mid-day. This is a lot better than the December one which I did not get until the 9th of January.

Mine arrived yesterday (Wednesday). Envelope was again a bit bashed about and torn on one corner, but not as bad as the Trix one.

Yes, mine also arrived yesterday. The envelope was bit 'the worse for wear' but the contents were fine. I sense some changes in layout/format occurring in both magazines - over recent years, as well as more in depth/background material.... Regards Glen

I received my 01/2019 package today in a plastic bag supplied by Australia Post. In a note inside AP said the envelope was torn so they repacked it - no charge 😐

You're right there... Mine also arrived on the 14th and was ripped in about three places. Fortunately nothing was damaged inside it.

Mine always arrives in tatters! always thought that some stupid Indian at the post office had a fetish for tearing up these envelopes! I never thought it would be at the other end at Märklin despatch office! I suppose the good part in all this is that none of us is having an issue with the actual contents inside badly bashed up.
Shouldn't we all complain to Insider Club?
Cheers, Ranjit |

They may all go through a local sorting machine that has a defect that is damaging each item passing through it as well. |

I am going to report this problem to Marklin Insider Club on behalf of all of us. Let me see what they say.

Mine arrived yesterday 20/02 ,not in very good condition . The envelope was completely torn apart across one end along with numerous other smaller torn pieces on other parts of the envelope . Thankfully everything was still inside with some damage , it was then doubled over to fit into the letter box , I wonder what would have happened if a CD was part of the issue ? Not good enough Marklin , Aust Post , maybe heavier paper weight for the envelopes is needed but then we would be charged more for membership .
Cheers Tom in Oz .

Almost one month to get to me in the Toronto, Ontario, Canada area - there was a tracking number for 'Xpress Post' when it entered Canada (what a joke that label is and it was stamped March 28, not even April fools' day). It seems the package spent a few weeks on the floor in Chicago, then passed my house on the way to Canada post in Mississauga, Ontario, then went further east before it was finally delivered. It covered 1400km (875 mi), where the actual driving distance is 980km (610 mi). I guess Brenda at Marklin, USA got her money's worth for the postage ($10 US)! At least I still have time to submit the order in for the annual club car. Harold.

I signed up for the club on 16th April. All I have is a confirmation e-mail. They haven't taken any money or contacted me since. How long will I have to wait to see something? Any ideas? |

This was shortened to bottle, which was rhymed with Aristotle, which was shortened to 'arris'. Three times transition - How complex is that! |
