Hi everyone! I'm brand new to this forum and I hope you can help. I have three 6627 transformers (inherited) and I'm trying to test their output, but none of them are registering on my DMM. DMM is set to AC and I'm reading O-L and O-B, but getting absolutely zero reading. Am I overlooking something here or do I have three dead transformers? It would seem odd that all three would be dead on both circuits. HELP!

Thanks.

Does the 6627 not have a red power on light on the top? Did it light up when you tested them?

OK so at least you know that the power from the outlet is getting to the transformer. If the transformer is working you should get a steady 16-17 VAC between the O and L terminals and variable 0 - 16 VAC between O and B as you move the knob from 0 - 100. If you get nothing as you indicated then there is something wrong inside the transformer or with your multimeter. Have you checked that your multimeter is working correctly?
