Since this video was posted YouTube has made "improvements" which include removing the pauses that held the introductory captions on screen. To read them you will have to pause it yourself.

October 2011's Magnificent Seven weekend at Locomotion (the National Railway Museum annexe in Shildon, County Durham) brought together all seven surviving English Electric type fives, class 55's or, as they are best known, Deltics to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of their introduction on the East Coast Main Line.

The prototype is kept at Shildon. The six remaining production Deltics arrived on Thursday 6 and departed on Tuesday 11. This film has footage from all six days including the ticketed Friday evening photography session and five coupled Deltics arriving and departing with 55022/D9000 Royal Scots Grey providing the grunt on both occasions.
