Hi everyoneCool

I bought in 2013 or 2014 a loco from euro rails hobbies in British Columbia, the 404443 (bra 19.10). There's a rear wheel axle coming off the tender. I may as well put it back on. It's coming off, so I'll turn it over to BC.
I'm wondering if they are competent in repair. They give more the impression of being salesmen. Also, I got a little confused with them about an order for a Brawa item that was never produced.

My question is: is their after-sales service correct? This locomotive cost me a crazy price like all Brawa products.

Thank you for your replies

My after sales experiences with Euro Rail Hobbies have always been impeccable.
Walter Menzel, the owner, is a serious, customer-oriented and helpful dealer.
However, if your locomotive is already past its warranty period, it may have to be sent back to Germany for repair. I've communicated with Brawa for spare parts in the past. They have an excellent service department.
You have to do the right thing first: Contact ERH. Walter will be able to advise you on the way forward.
Good luck with your Brawa item!
Best regards,
Armando García

The axle has just taken off again ... my wife, who is much more patient than I, has put the axle back under the tender for how many times ... If anyone here would be able to solve the problem. It's cool ... I do not think I'm going to send it back to BC ... I read 2-3 of their e-mails back then ... ouch !!!

I'm going to think ... I think maybe I'll sell it again.

Thank you PMPeter... My memories that the after-sales service is not the best were good.

I wrote to Brawa in Germany ... I will wait for their answer before deciding on the sale or not.

As I know that some of the members are skilled with their hands and as this is not a major problem, I will not have any problems if I decide to sell it with a price that takes into account this small problem.

I have always had great after-sales service from Euro Rail Hobbies. The only issues have been delays by the manufacturers sending parts or replacing items. Over the last 25 years I have bought from most of the big dealers in North America and Europe and find that Euro Rail is in the top tier of them for support. The one thing to remember with Euro Rail Hobbies is to call them if you want to get things moving quickly. I think they get behind in email and it can take them a while to catch up but I have always found them to be very helpful on the phone.

I would get in touch with them before going to Brawa as they could at least give you an idea of what might be involved.
