Hello. Today i got the 74923 Railway crossing. When i tried it out the lights worked fine, and one of the gates went down while the other one stayed up. When i pushed it down it wouldn't come up. I don't know if it came packaged broken or if i broke it when i unboxed it. The cable was very annoying. There was nowhere to put it so half of the crossing was rising up. Maybe when i was trying to put it to the side something broke inside the cable or something. Anyways i need help with this problem.

This was the problem I also had when I installed my crossing. Look to see that the pivot points of the gate are correctly located in the holes on the post holding the gate.

Thank you so much! This forum has helped me twice now. I took off the gate and reatatched it. And now it's working fine. The only problem is that it's a bit out of sync with the other gate.
