I have a nice analogue 3039 that is absolutely flawless, except for one minor detail, the center window on one side is missing. Is there a way to get a replacement, or what suggestions are there to replace it with something? Anything is better than a hole!!!

Thanks

Hi,

These windows are also still available from Märklin. The number is E216090 (pack of four): https://www.maerklinshop...5/seitenfenster-4-stueck

Perfect!! Thanks guys. Since the same window is on some recent models, I was optimistic there was a part number.

An update to this - one of the dealers I use here in the US actually has one who I'll be seeing this weekend at EuroWest, so this worked out perfectly!

Sancho,

I assume you have opened up the body and checked inside?

I only say this, as recently I noticed my 3152 was missing a window looked everywhere, there was no rattle from the loco, but when I finally opened the body, the window was lodged inside.

Just a thought
Don't look back, your not heading that way.
