Good Morning to All,
A newbie here, just at the building stage of a 9" x 4' HO layout and acquiring all the main components, I'm unclear which is the correct Power Supply/ Transformer to feed the Marklin CS3 (60226) and what if any additional modules/boosters are needed.
Any guidance is appreciated to keep me from making too many dumb/expensive mistakes, BigGrin
Thank you
George

Hi, George,

Welcome to the forum!

Märklin recommend "60061/60065 switched mode power pack".
Transformers cannot be used.

I assume you will need the power pack for 120 V, #60065.
Other modules and boosters are optional.
Regards
Tom

Hi George. I'm curious what exactly your doing on a 9-inch wide by 4-foot long (ie very small) layout that warrants a Central Station.

Hi Minok,
That puzzled me as well until I reread my original post and as soon as I corrected my typo, the layout suddenly turned into a respectable 9' x 4' project! BigGrin
