hello everyone!
One of my good friends has come accross this S 3/6 with road number 18 427 (DRG era).
That number was on 37184 (made from 1997 onwards...) except that:

1° it's fitted with a full fledged MfX decoder instead of the original MM decoder with basic sounds for whistle and bell, whose installation appears to be "original factory"

2° the frame, wheels and rods and tender are all black

We can't find any reference in Koll (but mine is dating back to 2004 Blushing )

Could this be the result of swapping some components, maybe?

Black chassis and wheels were on the French-ETAT version #3083, and SNCB 3111 both analog versions

Was there ever an ÖBB version of that lok? (which *could* explain the black tender, chassis and other components)

Does anyone have a clue?

Thanks in advance for any help identifying this one!

Does it say 'schwarz' (German for 'black') anywhere in the text?

It is very special item and I think it is small qty made. The 33184 was 'Blackfox' livery.

I am not sure 100% from Marklin. Nothing in kolls book.

'Schwarz' mean black loco body on red on chassis/wheels.
