Hi all,
Can anyone tell me what track code pertains to M track (i.e. height)? Also what is total height with metal base?
I don't have a micrometer to gauge this.
Thanks in advance, Maurice.

Hi!

The height of the track including track bed is 10 mm (code 394).
The height of the rails is 2.5 mm (about code 98, but usually called code 100).
Regards
Tom

I measured several sections and the rail is .110"-.115"
Track height can be anywhere from .420"- .450"
Due to it's tinplate construction, M- track lacks precision and can vary quite a bit in the world of micrometers.
If accuracy is what you're after perhaps C- track would be a better candidate for you.
