A friend of mine (Bernd) from Berlin has been building this kit now for quite a while, he is using a 3D printer but the rest of the details is all handmade. just imagine what it would cost you if you bought this as a kit from a shop and this is only half of it

Seeing it finished now it looks very impressive. I've seen a kit for that in N Scale. Wow would love to have that in HO . Thanks for sharing.

Hi everyone, here we have the almost finished Berlin Spandau Railway station overpass and staircases, it is in my opinion a masterpiece with lots of hours embedded.

part from having 1 3D printer going bust and waiting for another one to arrive, glue gun stopped working, everything had be scanned on the computer from the original onto the 3D Printer, rectifying small scanning irregulations,

I think the whole setup and work took over 4 month to crystallize and not having the equipment, computer skills, I wouldn't have been able to do it.

the creator Bernd Dekalowitz lives in Berlin and we've started a email friendship about a year ago after he was impressed and watched some of my videos (may be all of them), he also played a big role in getting the garage up and running, he did all the side plans for the garage so we can present it to the local authority.

Unfortunately he is not a person who likes to be noted, he rather gets on with his projects and leaves it up to me to promote his work (he gave me permission with some reluctance. his latest pictures on Facebook drew over 200 likes and he is one of these people who thinks what he's done is just another days work, in my opinion a humble expression.
even if I would invite him to this forum (he only speaks German) he wouldn't except it, he is one of these people who enjoys a compliment but not from many best wishers (he is handy with his work but dislikes to much attention)
