In response to a query about the noted unavailability of the 66361 (as per the Marklin product database) , Marklin service have replied with...

you can use 66360 instead of 66361. 66360 is the follower of 66361.
It will be presented official with the coming catalogue 2016/2017

While the 66360 is not shown on the Marklin website, it has been appearing on dealer sites as a "New Item 2016" and in some of the more recently dated accessory manuals.
It is still referred to as 36VA and Images suggest it is still a wall-wart

Note:
The 66361 is the current 36VA/230V switched-mode power supply used for ...
- Mobile Stations 2 , TrackBox/RailBox/ControlBox (60111/2/3/6)
- S88 Link (60883)
- <optional> Newer Accessory decoders (60831/60841) also with 60822
- MyWorld Track-adapter (infrared) 194548
- Signal control box for advanced signals (72760)

The 30VA/120V variant 66365 is still showing in the Marklin Product Database as available

FWIW

Further to this initial response I had queried whether the new 66360 provided an output specification that would (formally) allow the power supply to be used with m83's(60831)/m84's(60841) without the need for an intermediate 60822 (so called "Universal Supply Unit").

The, disappointing but not unexpected , formal response is

this situation hasn’t changed. You still needs 60822, if you use an extern power unit at 60831 etc.

Personal comment:
I see absolutely no value in the use of the 60822 with the m83/m84.

The 2016/2017 is online and there is in deed a matching replacement for the 120V variant of this power supply that has crept in.

Links ...

66361 --> 66360 : (18V) 36 VA Switched Mode Power Pack, 230 Volts (50Hz)

66365 --> 66367 : (18V) 36 VA Switched Mode Power Pack, 120 Volts (60Hz) NOTE: upspec from 30VA to 36VA

For further synergies with whatever technoligal/marketting reason that is driving these "transparent updates", I note the inclusion of
66470? --> 66471 : 230 Volt Safety Transformer. 32 VA
WITH INLINE CABLE SWITCH

66471
