Hello,

I bought this B-92 kit that arrived today.

The kit is in the Faller program since 1958 and still is as #110092.
Actually it could be the longest running kit in the program (but I’m not sure).

The type of box of my kit is referred to as the ‘hippie box’ - because of the funny colors patches - and was used in the early 1970s.

The main building of the station is the same as B-130/B-131 ’Bahnwärterhaus'.

Station ‘Zindelstein’ was also available as a 'Werksfertigmodell' (a factory built model) from 1958 to 1964.

I try to build the kit in the 'factory built' style for my new Trix Express layout.
For that I have a couple of pictures of 2 different 'Zindelstein' models that were build by the Faller homeworkers as an example how to do it.

So I will be back in a week or so with some more pictures.

Marco

I look forward to seeing the finished item Marco! ThumpUp

I love this style of "Black forest" type buildings. I have the similar "Talhein" Faller kit on my layout. It's slightly larger and has different detailing.

I wish I had space for a second station so that I could include another of these wonderful buildings with so much character.
