Joined: 12/08/2006(UTC) Posts: 9,277		Hello! I have few questions to you who has insider models. E 93 do have 3 pole motor,while BR 18 do have 5 pole motor. There is digital function and both are mfx+. So i wonder if you do have got problem(s) with those two locomotives? Which one of them do you like most? I have decides to buy one of them,but don´t know which is best to get one.

Joined: 12/08/2006(UTC) Posts: 9,277		Thanks for the info! I thought there was several more insider member here,but it seems not. I´m planning too by change out sound decoder to ESU V4 M4 and install power cap. Is the sound in the E 93 similar same like E 94?

Joined: 25/07/2001(UTC) Posts: 11,165		Anders, we saw the E93 live in 2 places (Malmö & Copenhagen) and it looked & ran great as far as I could see. Your question is of course valid regarding the longevity of the motor, but it seems like it's durable enough.
