As I didn't receive the certificates for the E93 and BR18.5, 2 weeks ago I asked the dealer where I bought them what was happening.
He told me that there was a problem with the sending of certificates and some were not sent, so he requested them to M and they will soon be sent. I think if you didn't receive yours until now, it is better you ask your dealer for them.

Mail deliveries here have been reduced to 3 days per week, since mid June 2015.
I haven't quite worked out as yet which days are delivery days, but I think today might be one of them so will check the mailbox when I get home. I'd say the Insider packs will already be in the country given we have been getting ours before everyone else.
The new standard delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday OR Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and since I have received mail on Saturday I think the later set is what the days are (NZ Post website that tells you what they are for your postcode is currently not working.....).

Adrian,
You may be heartened by the comment in the cover letter that indicates Insiders will be emailed the new items brochures.. (They emphasise that the hard-copy will follow)
Ummm ....
With the 2016 Summer NI already in the public domain I wonder when they are going to start? Ok, maybe I should have checked my inbox |

I have been out all day and it was nice to see that the package has finally arrived down here. It is exceptionally late this time. Of note is the warning to order the Class 95 by 30 April - missed that deadline by nearly 4 days.. It looks like they are bad to their old ways of delivering these thing way after any usefulness to people outside of Germany.. |

I'm not complaining, though. I noticed the deadline too. For a while Märklin seemed to have their act together for postage to the antipodes. Not any more, it seems. |

But don't forget the order form for that came out some months ago, with the 1/2016 issue. If you didn't do something about ordering it then, you could have missed out. The 30th April ordering date is an extension of around a month IIRC.

Fair comment, but the delivery of these magazines should be such that the content is relevant to readers at the time they receive the magazine. In other words, if the intent is not to deliver the magazine before 30 April, then don't include the article/advertisement at all. The reality is that if this was a real magazine, the German edition would be printed last and the English edition printed first.. That way USA, Australia and South Africa would get the magazine as the German edition was being delivered across Germany. Much better customer satisfaction and increased likelihood of a subscription renewal. There is no excuse for Marklin doing this as there are good statistics available to them on the delivery times across the world.. In a few days, I will assemble the data from our posts on magazine delivery to show the trends.. |

Other than being late to order the Insider lok for 2016 (39095) engine # 95 006 I really enjoyed the poster of the engine. This lok has been on a WANT LIST for a long long time. The CS 3 is tempting, but wait, when does it come out, then wait, when will the enviable update be released? Will it (cs3) work! Not me Mr. Custer! Happy to see the 11.5 Tee mentioned. I' looking forward to ordering the cl 05 lok, and also the 49965 maintenance car. The latter to go with my earlier set. Still waiting/lusting for the lok S 2/6 k. bay in blue. Best to all, gene

Considering that it takes 7 - 8 days to get a small package from Sydney to Auckland, I would say that Aus Post is just slow, slow, slow Btw not MRR related but very good phone holder for car sold by a biz in Neutral Bay, Sydney, but beautifully moulded in Sweden They sell dash mounts for all cars including Aus & Euro's, and phone holders for all big brands, and for, with and without covers. I checked the contents carefully in case it was a late April fool joke, but it is REAL!
YYYYYYeeeeeee HHHHHaaaaaaaaa Finally... I get it before anyone else..
THANK YOU MARKLIN - You have made my day. Better than Nico winning the F1 - again. |

Mine was also in the mail today (which is unusual because NZ Post supposedly have restricted mail deliveries to Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and the magazine shows up on a Tuesday!) .
More info on the CS3 in the magazine, and an article and poster for the Gottardo 'Elephant' H0 model. Plus the Marklin DVD for May 2016.
