Mine arrived today as well - saw Glen's post and thought I'd better go check the mailbox (today has been a cold, wet miserable day, so I hadn't been outside until now).

I uplifted mine from the PO Box yesterday, it had been there since either Friday or Saturday morning as I didn't clear the box on Friday night !? Interesting article about creating sound effects for your layout with the with the CS2 The Wellington Club's 40th Anniversary Meeting gets a mention in both the Insider Magazine and the Marklin Magazine, well done the Wellington guys for getting their message to Marklin |

Both Marklin and Trix ones landed with me yesterday.
Good on yah Dion for getting the Wellington Club in the news. The Auckland club must be getting on in years too. It was already well established when I joined in the mid-80s.

The class 01.5 brochure will be worth its money for collectors later on,it shows the loco's without the tubing under the cabin. |

A surprise package arrived in the mail today - a surprise because no one has mentioned much about it.
The Insider Club pack for 06/2015 arrived today. Inside is the MM with a feature on the Christmas Br50 loco, the Insider Magazine with a feature on the Br95 Insider model for 2016. Also included is the 'Year with Marklin, November 2015' DVD and a feature magazine on Saxon Steam Railway Route. There's also a brochure on the Swiss Gottardo loco set (item 31016) and order forms for the Insider Br95 loco and associated freight cars.

Mine has finally arrived in the UK today, a couple of thumps as the postman dropped the mail through the letter box, and lo and behold, both the Marklin and Trix club 6/2015 magazines had arrived, with all the gubbins mentioned. Will have to follow up on that Saxon steam railway route, that is an area of germany that we haven't done any exploring in yet, and we have friends looking to come over from Brisbane during the year, so we may hook up with them for it. Will also give me an excuse to go looking at Colditz Castle while we are over that side of Germany ...

Well its Xmas eve down here in Oz & a early delivery by the postman [ before 10 am instead of the normal 3 pm ] finds issue 6 stuffed into our letter box . Only external envelope damage & all the contents in mint condition . A very well presented tourist brochure on the Saxon Steam Railway Route included , pity it didn't arrive this time last year so that we could have done some more planning of industrial railways but it will be for the next visit . Heaps to do today , those last minute things for Xmas & ensuring I have part of a working railway for the Grandkids . Mmmmmm Santa will be busy today.
Wishing everyone a happy Christmas & a good New year .
Cheers Tom & the FD in Oz .
