Hi, I have this Belgian diesel box says 3459 and has the delta sticker on it, instruction manual is for 3464/3664. It is set for address 72, At the moment all delta decoders I remember had the dip switches like in the instructions but this one doesn't. I have not been able to change the address to one of the few delta much less to any full digital address. That is with my Ecos. Is this a regular delta decoder? Any comments, suggestions? Some Delta decoders have no dip switches. This is one of them.
Kind regards

Hi,
this is a very early and rare DELTA-decoder offered 1992/1993. Unlike later versions it recognises the operation mode (analogue/digital) and has no dip switches. The adress can be changed by soldering on the bridges on the upper right corner (your photo) of the decoder.
Regards
Markus

The Decoder shown on the Picture is a Marklin 6603 Decoder, version 1 without dipswitches , later the 6603, Version 2 came with 4 Dipswitches. I Have attached a PDF-file to this post, which will show you how to solder the bridges to set the adress you want for the locomotive. Hope this will help you Frank. F |
