Hello

I have some preiserlings around the house waiting for their coaches. As I also own an Umbauwagen 43182 set from Märklin, I´m trying to put my presierlings into the coaches but haven´t been able to open them...

Since I don´t want to break anything or ruin the coaches my question is: Anyone has got a clue on how can the coaches be open at no risk?

Hi Carlos,

I'm not sure about these newer versions, but in the older ones you had to remove the whole body from the chassis. The roof is part of the same moulding as the rest of the body.

Try pulling the edge of the body away from the chassis, maybe by sliding a screwdriver blade in the gap.

Yes, it seems that the roof is part of the rest of the body. I tried to pull the body away as you say with no success...the thing is quite stiff and I don´t want to damage the plastic body.

It was much easier with old tin plate donnerbüsche as you can slide the roof quite easily:
