Hi guys, Reynaulds in USA have a new video of possibly the largest hand made private collection of brass locos from around the world made by the best brass manufactures. and lots of Marklin 1 gauge . Its in Germany and is housed in the owners pool room. The pool was filled in and now has a huge 1 gauge layout. Its stunning and must be worth a fortune ( big fortune ) Rows and rows of locos in glass show cabinets. Well worth the 27 min to watch it . Take care Eddie

Hi George, I dont know how to post a link. If you go to www.reynaulds.com they have a section which they show short videos of new products. Im on their mailing list so get all lists of new products from Europe and the all the videos. If anybody else on the Forum has seen the video maybe they could post a link. Take care Eddie

OK, I think I've found it.

The videos aren't on the Reynaulds website, rather they are on Youtube (click on the Youtube link shown in the right hand border on the Reynaulds website main page)

https://www.youtube.com/...EuroImports?feature=mhw5 - select the 'A Private Handmade Collection 1 Gauge 1/32' video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AuYQ2IoXKWg0)

You know, it's a great collection and many of the models are certainly not the cheap brands. Lemaco, Dingler and Fine Models for example are way out of reach for me and my slim wallet. Sure, they're absolutely stunning replicas of the prototype, but when I see a two-axle type O10 open freight car priced at 1000 Euro, I shake my head. I appreciate the work that went into building a brass car like that, but seriously ... to me they're mostly showoff items.

Great collection, also if not so large as the Baumgartner in Mendrisio in Swiss, but the layout is one of the best I've ever seen, great landscape, trees, buildings, a dream. Drool
