Personally I think the GMR section is sufficient. Please, do not add any more sections for subjects that almost never comes up.

I think the reason for Trix info in English being so sparse is the fact that not many people care. When I'm at model railway exhibitions I rarely see any Trix items there, I see a lot of Minitrix, but next to nothing about Trix H0. My own website tries to up the information available in English, but I can assure you that it is a lonely field to plow. Especially with Trix H0.

Hi Soeren,

I operate TRIX and collect it. If you want to chat sometime let me know.

Hi Maurice,

I have a modest TTR ( Trix Twin Railway ), Made in England, layout using the Bakelit track system.

There's lots of track and Loco's/rolling stock and instructions available here on e-bay.

Ian.

Should we maybe even start a special Trix section in this forum?

I just ask since it would take some serious thought and effort to make it work...

YES! Very good idea. ThumpUp
Here in Holland Trix Express is still very popular with a big Trix Express club (I was an active member there in the 90s).
They organize events that are well attended by hundreds of Trix Express enthusiasts (see video) and the club has its own full color magazine with five issues per year (see picture).

I always had a weak spot for Trix Express, I started in the MRR hobby in 1970 with the Trix Express layout of my dad (that I still have packed in boxes).

This year Trix Express celebrates its 80th anniversary.
