Difficult. Sources refer to "blue".

On the website "Memories of the T&P" (http://www.trainweb.org/texasandpacific/) the webmaster offers to answer questions under the email:

tp_fan@att.net

Maybe you try that contact?

Hi Panayotis,

I recently had to mix paints to achieve a dark blue.
I started with a lighter blue than required, and just kept adding and mixing black till I got it right.
For a scratch you may need only a few drops.
I mix small amounts in a bottle top.

Kimball

Hi Kimball,it is not exactly a scratch,is is a surface about 2x2 millimeters and some scratches so i have to be very close to the right paint.I thought that there is a catalog from Marklin with all the paints.Maybe i will try to contact the Marklin service department.
