Hello Georgi,
Do you a number of the item?
Could you explain your question more fully..?
Do you have a diagram included with your item?

DB DR FS NS SNCF c. 1950-65, fan of station architecture esp. from 1920-70.
In single point perspective, where do track lines meet?

Viessmann 5552 is a double switching relay unit which needs a pulse or steady voltage (ac or dc) to make it change state, and it has two sets of contacts for each relay which go with each relay position.

Assume that each relay in the unit has 2 positions, A and B. There are three terminals which make the relay operate - let's call them 1, 2 and 3. By applying a voltage to terminals 1 and 2 the relay will change from position A to position B, close the contacts associated with position B and open the contacts for position A. When you the remove the voltage nothing happens. However, when you apply a voltage to terminals 2 and 3, the relay changes back from position B to position A, closes the contacts associated with position A and opens the contacts for position B.

When the train enters the contact section you can get the relay to change from position A to position B but when the trains stops making contact, the relay will do nothing. It will not go back to position A by itself and you will have to do something different to reset it, perhaps by using another contract section further on.
