hi everyone,

okies im looking for ideas for a new layout and wondered if anyone had any ideas / track plans / suggestions?

multi - level track is something i really like

long sweeping curves for the ice and separately ( maybe on a upper level? ) meandering curvey tracks for short passenger trains.

the space i have is 6m long and 1.5 m wide at the ends ( to allow for semi circle of curved track )

so far im accumulated

8 right hand points

7 left hand

5 right curved and 3 left curved

24130 - 30

24230 - 32

24173 - 33

24188 - 57

still collecting track - i need a lot more straight pieces.

if anyone has any ideas - let me know - the more ideas / thoughts - the better!

many thanks!

Have you tried SCARM the free software for track planning, many members use it. Fred

How about this concept - see sketch. It would be more prototypical for an ICE line to traverse valleys on high viaducts with old lines arcing around in the valley below.
