Hi All,

Marklin newbie here so I hope this hasn't been done to death.

I bought on Ebay a 29845 starter set, it looks great, but I haven't had time or space to assemble it yet. While it came with documentation on the 6021 controller, there was no "quick start" guide with the engine addresses. Is it obvious, or do I just start going through 01 to 80 to see what happens? If anyone has what I am assuming are missing instructions would they be willing to share.

Thanks in advance,

Sam Green

Hi, Sam,

Welcome to this forum.

To get you started, the factory default addresses for the locos are 03 (steamer) and 16 (diesel).
No need to try 01 through 80 if the previous owner didn't change them.
Regards
Tom
