The Swedish dealer TrainShop AB is presenting a new set of wagons to match their engine 36613.

Link to the product description.

My translation of the description of the model:

Description:

RushRail timber transport wagons Sngs with ExTe SR 12 timber bunk. Wagon set with four wagons. All wagons with different numbers. As a one-time edition for TrainShop's five year anniversary and a world premiere. To meet this goal Märklin has developed new tools in order to manufacture the superstructure consisting of the end gables and timber bunks. Finally we get real Swedish timber wagons. RushRail only has over 200 of the prototypes in traffic. A normal train set consists of at least 30 wagons. Total length of a model wagon set with four wagons is 91 cm from the era VI.

Available with either AC or DC wheel sets.

Exclusive 5-year jubilee set for TrainShop AB with numbered Certificates. 499 sets will be made.

Prototype photos from www.modeltag.se:

Yes they do, but the train in this video is operated by the Swedish company Hector Rail AB, but in Norway.

The Norwegian company CargoLink AS also has this type of wagon as do a number of Swedish companies. Go to this link and the click on "Brochure" and download the 40 page brochure as a pdf-file to read more about ExTe timber bunks and where they are in use from Sweden and Norway in the north to New Zealand in the south.

Both yes and no.

47089 models have got two end wall grills per wagon versus one per wagon for 47085. Furthermore the shapes of the end wall grills are different (as they are in reality).

I noticed that the timber-stakes are leaning a bit inwards and they also do that in reality. You can see that in the pictures, and I noticed it on a timber lorry with the same brand (ExTe) on the stakes.
