I have 3 of the older Mobile Stations lying around from various starter kits. I see you can buy a cable to hook up a second station to the track box, one becomes a Master and one a Slave. But what can you do with this in practice? Reading the user manual it says the Slave uses the masters locollist, which is fine, but then it says: "No operation is possible with the Master controller"

Is it not possible to operate 2 trains at the same time, one from each Mobile Station? What is the point the of connecting the second controller?

Hi, Kaspar,

Maybe something got lost in translation.

You can run locos from the slave unit, but you cannot register or program them.

BTW: Some of those Mobile Stations are for 1.9 A track output, some are for 1.2 A track output. If you have different units, use one with 1.9 A as the master. Can be checked under OPTIONS => INFO.
Regards
Tom
