"Wir gratulieren dem Weltmeister." means "Congratulations to the World Champion."

It's a BR 423 train. Roco made this as H0 models. I don't know if this mould would work well for Märklin.

Simple design, no golden pantograph - but I like it better than the "speculation object". Still I wouldn't buy a model.
