Probably not.
Were they already 0 before they upgrade or did they get lost during the upgrade? Maybe you didn't check then.
Either way: never heard about a CS2 without serial number before.

But I had two mfx decoders without serial numbers. At some stage during production the serial number is set. Maybe your CS2 slipped through that step or and never had neither serial number nor hardware version.
Is there a serial number printed at the bottom of the case?

Hardware version is relevant for galvanic insulation and maximum power output only - and there should be a sticker at the bottom indicating galvanic insulation if present. Only relevant for ref. number 60214.

Tom

Hello Peter!

Since the velocimeters are pink, this could be an expected behavior...

Seems that you are in the middle of the regular update.

Did you reboot and retry to do a second update?

The standard last update from Märklin expect that the customer do 2 updates one-after-another with a reboot in the middle, to complete all the tasks.

Cheers,

Walter

Do what Walter told you: start the Update again.
Pink dials indicate an intermediate step. Check the serial number again once you are back to normal dials.
This should also cure the mfx CV error message.
