Assuming NI has the same rules as the rest of the UK then those wouldn't attract duty/VAT. There's a threshold of £15, anything less than that and you don't have to pay a penny.

I do have to chuckle at "rare black horns". Just get a can of spray paint and you can turn any horns black...

Well, the problem is that the paint often won't stick - the 'Silverfish' (Silberlinge) Coaches have a driving coach with horns above the cab, they are painted silver like the roof but the paint often cracks and flakes off - mine have and the underlying horns are red plastic, I've removed all the paint and left them red, they look ok to me but it's personal preference.

You could probably prepare the horns to make black paint stick better but if you're ordering new ones anyway, might as well get black and save the bother.
