Hi all,

I've heard from several owners of the E 17 (37061) that they would like to use the more prototypically correct leading trucks of the new 117 (37062) for their E 17.

I wrote to Märklin and asked them if this would be possible. Their reply was that the trucks will not fit because they made too many changes to the new loco.

I think when the 117 will have been shipped, it won't take long until someone examines the differences between E 17 and 117 to find out what changes are needed to use the new trucks with the old loco.
Regards
Tom
