Hi,
I have just update my CS2 at last update 3.5.6 , no trouble in updating.
But the WDP didn't found the feedback anymore Mad
After restart update no solution.
To get back the feedback I reload the last update by USB V1.6.4. Huh
I dont have the prévious version 3.5.0 on USB ( the last version running well)
Is someone know this problem?
Is a way to reload a previous version on line?
Thanks in forword for any help.
André

hello Andre, if in the setup page you hit the restore data button, you should get a list of previous updates, at least I get it.

Hello,

the CS2 3.5.0 version never existed as official release. The update before 3.5.6 was 3.0.1.

Online you still have 2.0.1 version fo USB

in the wdp forum are no reports of problems between WDP and 3.5.6 update. seems to be a very local problem in your system.

What do you mean with feedback? the s88 inputs or is WDP not connecting to your CS2?

Thanks Francisco,
But the restore is for data only, not for the software itself, I have tested before withour result.

Thanks Stephan,
The log of backup said
1.6.3
3.0.1
3.5.1
3.5.6
The last version running was 3.5.1 I misstake the correct level.
After update to 3.5.6 the layout on the CS2 still working, but not the S88 (feedback on WDP) , the connection was working Train and turnover were comanded by WDP.
My latest USB version is 1.6.4 (18308kb), my be the 2.0.1 is the not referenced cs2update.tgz (5695kb).
Where is the 2.0.1 ?
Best regards
André

Hello André,

strange, never heard about an official 3.5.1 release. On

correct, the 2.0.1 is the not referenced file. but downgrading from 3.0.1 or higher is risky because of memory overflow the next time you upgrade again.

Are the s88 in the setuo settings of the CS2 still correct?
Do you set your highest s88 contact in the layout of the CS2?
Do you set one Module s88 more than the physical ammount in WDP?

If you disconnect your CS2 to bring it to the router for the update, are you sure you connected correctly the s88 plug to the CS2? It is ease to shift 1 pin by mistake.

Hi ,

I got the answer from Markus of windigipet.
Marklin had suppressed an old protocol since the version 3.5.6, therefore everyone could migrate to WDP 12.2.
No other way!

André
