My little son keeps asking for train RABe 514. Does anyone could advise me where can I buy such train please?

Welcome to the forum! The closest model to the RABe 514 that I could suggest would be the Liliput KISS:

Since you live in Zurich, I would try Zuri-tech near central station!

There is no model of the RABe 514 by any of the major manufacturers. A model was commissioned by Siemens and was made in Austria by a company called Gollwitzer.

as I understand it, in the HAG forum it was mentioned, Siemens themselves distributed or sold the RABe 514 but I assume it was a limited
number.

The model made for Siemens was made by Gollwitzer Modellbau, which is why I provided that information in my post above. I doubt that Siemens CH is still taking orders and the Gollwitzer website does not seem to have any information suggesting that the model is still available.
