Very nice, Stephen!

I like that old Br 23 model a lot. I am happy to have one, the Primex 33005, which came on the market in 2000. I think it is quite identical to the old 3005, except for the Delta decoder.

Hello Stephen,

What a great purchase!

Remarkable for me to see a locomotive so old yet in such mint condition.

Makes my 3005 (? from Koll's : 3005.7 ??) look dilapidated.

Regards,

PJ

Do you have a box?, I need to know the box code date.

My 3005 looks to be in similar condition, but it doesn't have the silver tag. The box for it is in much better shape than Stephen's though - almost mint, but it has a slight tear at one end. Box date is 01 61 and manual date is 04 58. I bought it off our club, who got it from Cookee_nz, along with a similar condition 3048.

It doesn't have the extra leaflets that Stephen has with his 3005.

Great looking machines and seems in super good condition.

I think the boxes are hard to be in good condition. after all they did their job: to protect the loco!

Hello again Stephen,

I cannot find the box which probably means I do not have one.
Bought the locomotive off a Märklineer friend 31 years ago, unfortunately for my first
few years as a Märklin fan I did not appreciate the importance of keeping the box!!! javascript:insertsmiley('Blushing%20','/forum/Images/Emoticons/msp_blushing.gif') )
