I have only Pre-ordered in last year 2013 the Märklin Rheingold 41929 set, but as Märklin has not delivered it yet I will just still wait for it...

This year will be expensive in part due to many Swedish new items but also from Denmark and Germany that fit my idea of how form a "traffic idea", where I focus on Sweden and Germany and then also go for models from Denmark, Austria and sometimes Italy.

I ordered a few Piko locos (cheap China-made locos with three-pole motors), a few full-length coaches from Roco and Piko, a few freight cars from Trix. Will also order one or two ESU locos.
Still have some Märklin coaches from the 2013 new items on backorder. No new pre-orders from Märklin for me. No Roco locos from the 2014 new items yet, but two locos on backorder from last year.

With respect to locos I give my money to brands that promise good performance and good value for the money.
I don't count the poles (of the motor), but the performance counts.

Only Brawa Rh 2048 (converted Br212 diesel) for me.

Perhaps a Jägerndorfer Rh 1062 and a Roco Rh 1110.09 wil follow but I allready have 3 Rh 1110/1100's now Blushing

One order placed for an ESU product; their version of Gravita 10BB (BR 261 MRCE). BigGrin
Later in the year I will look at another ESU product, maybe one of the class 66 versions.

Brawa
I cancelled my order for the Brawa 10BB (been waiting since Oct 2012!).
Still waiting for the Gravita 15BB from Brawa; been waiting for three years! Maybe they will eventually deliver the item during the fall of 2020.

Marklin
Definitely ZERO Marklin locomotives from the 2014 new items catalogue!
Maybe the SJ ore wagon set (46372) - No order placed yet
Maybe one USA wagon set (45657 or 45658 or 45645) - No order placed yet

As a Dane, where this year we have 60 year anniversary of Nohab / MY diesel locomotives, I have ordered Märklin new version 39670 + passanger coach kit 42768 DSB passenger vehicles
