CS2 v3.5.1 avalable for download - version as noted in the name of the backup file created. (vor_update_auf_v3_5_1.tgz)
There is NO change to the Softwareversion as shown on the Information screen

TFP message indcating TFP to 2.43
otherwise a bit of a fizzer - this is either a partial post (maybe in error) or a transition level
UserPostedImage

new subdirectory for "magcvs" with default/example profiles for the "softCV" updateable devices (74461/5, 60831/41)
But no way to use them from the GUI screens.

CAN Doc pages added/updated
- C_GeraeteKennung.html, 1_Discovery.html, 2_Bind.html, 1_S88_Polling.html

mSD config template updated to v1-025

Six new Loco images

The ChangeLog is a bit confusing, no comment about GFP(still at 2.31) or MS2(still at 1.83)
updates and the GUI is limited to the following beta comments (google translate) ....

currently in beta testing: GUI version 3.5.0 (from May 2013) only in beta testing
Keyboard
- Changes in the layout of the keyboard
Background
- New Setup page to select different color sets and wallpapers for CS2
Driving console
-The locomotive selection can now go for up to 25 locomotives will be used directly. The functions of the locomotive on the right side of the screen are displayed. Mechanically, however, the controls on that page will remain active.
- In the locomotive selection can be changed in a cab with numerical locomotive selection (similar to 6021). Here locomotives in the logs MM, DCC and mfx addressed directly via its address can be. If no suitable locomotive available, then a temporarily created and is immediately controllable
Audio
- Added Setup page with audio features
GUI version 3.4.4 (as of February 2013) only in beta testing

Network
- DHCP improves. Subsequent DHCP allows
- Automatic calculation of the broadcast address added for CAN gateway
Cab
- Locomotive selection reduced from 30 to 25
- Changed color of the locomotive selection from blue to gray, because that's no configuration dialog
- Extended function icons for locomotives
Layout
- Moving the layouts is now switched off in the setup
=============================================================================
Some nice new images though (to chew up memory) .......
Possibly relate to the comment in 3.5 Beta to "wallpaper" for CabMode
these are under a new sub-directory called "motive" .... not the "speil" which has other mFX+ stuff

4 x Season based landscapes (this one is "Fall")

Exactly

It means nothing until it gets out of Beta and actually works.

This Item has been in the "beta" wishlist for over a year and I hope it turns off the annoying layout movement which happens all too frequently when you slide the stylus while activating an item

Hi Peter,

Just curious how did you get to these "wallpapers" . (or for example the 'spiel' directory)
If I try to go to the /motive directory I just get an error 404-page not found.

Regards,
Jos

Hi Jos,

The underlying directory/filenames are identified/highlighted as part of the "update-log".
(This log is transient and will be lost on shutdown)

Like most webservers, there is redirection involved when (if authorised) a browser requests a page.
while the webserver has a default prefixes /cs2 this can be modified to /config to see the user images/files
As noted by Marklin, access to these (well at least the .cs2 files and icons/magicons) is the correct way for external software
to get these data.

... so try /config/spiel and /config/motive
You will get a base directory listing from /config but the hyperlinks will not work unless modified, as they "reinsert" the /cs2

Well, done the update, TFP is now 2.43 now, wait that the annoying message with the no TFP available has gone for good.
Maybe the problem became too big and that pushed them to the update of the TFP only.
Cheers
