Tis is a little different to Itrain REmote .

Background: I was going to use a tablet (notebook) but the one I had just never had the grunt so in setting up Itrain I used a 15" Laptop sitting on a stool. (No very satisfactory)

Anyway I got a 13" Macbook Pro, Apple TV a Bluetooth Mouse and keyboard. It dont work with the lid closed like I was told. but with a lot of help from Apple Support I was put on to a non Apple APP. this allowed the Puto to stay awake and the TV screen alive and I could control Itrain.

Now I also wanted to use the Itrain Remote But at present stage of development not enough for me.

I invested in Splashtop for the Ipad and Macbook.
Lo and Behold, it all worked. I could control Itrain from the TV and if too far way from the mouse I caould use the Ipad.

It all works. Now I just have to wait until I can get back into the train room. 5 days to Knifing and 7 weeks to train room . I hope.
