Found a WW2 clip on Youtube about the use of a Culemeyer heavy lorry used to move filled tankwaggons with kerosine to temporarily airfields.
Movie was partly taken in North Africa, commentator speaks about the El Alamein front,so it must be late 1942/early 1943.
Two airplanes can be seen,a Heinkel He-111 and a Junkers Ju-88,in this part flying against England.
The diesel loco is a V36,put on the Egyptian coastal tracks.
The commentator speaks about the competition for the Culemeyer: the camels!

Hi Paul

excellent clip

While viewing that one I noticed the one below from 1953. Adds a whole new meaning to a railbusBigGrin

Also there is a clip of them unloading a real life 4613 car carrier. Cool
