Looks great! Where did you get those pine trees? There are so many options, but those look pretty good too. Also, your homemade tree, is the trunk a real branch?

Thanks!

I use Busch big package pine trees 6499.
With Woodland Scenics cement and weeds you will get more advanced shape of pine trees.
And the trunk is Woodland Scenics and clump foliage by using Hob-E-Tac glue.
I paint first with Humbrol acryl dark brown on the trunk that looks reality as results!
Humbrol colour is spray can.
Good luck!

Two more trees to put clump foliage.
Those trees is made of Woodland Scenics.
Trees are made of elastic plastic which you can form after what you wish to see trees look like.
With Humbrol dark brown colour.
And of cource...cows outside!

Did added telegraph mast on the layout.
Will put later with wire on the mast pole.
I did also tested by created trees with only leaf which did become wrong!
I use fine flockage instead from now and on.
It´s much better and more softeny on the trees armatures.
I´m soon finish by building birch trees.

Very nice, go Anders, go !

Like the cows, the new trees and the telegraph poles ... and,

my only "constructive criticism" would be this:

Try and get some more randomness in how these trees grow :

UserPostedImage

I think that hard geometry is not in the spirit of your very bucolic layout ... ^^

Hope it helps,

Enjoy!

Done!!!
I did changed out tree with clump foliage to another tree instead.
The tree with clump foliage looked as hobby tree so i wanted pro trees instead.
As you can see on my layout there is lot of work to do on the hill...like to put more trees.

Anders, I have missed your post for a while, great work and progress. You have got tree making down to a fine art. They look great and the layout is coming along very well.

A small test to show up bush...
Before and after.
As you can see clump foliage don´t seems good as polyfiber with flockage can do.
There is other way too i can show up and pictures will arrive soon later.

Bad luck Anders.
But mostly yu can remove the infection or have it done. Is most of the time cheaper.
You can run analytic programs online (McAfee, Symantec, ...).
But of course, if you want a new computer BigGrin

Be sure you have a good protection program installed and be sure you don't copy the infection to your new computer.
